Good
Great value and location. Rooms are clean and somewhat modern.
My Heat/AC didn't work. I called the front desk to have it fixed and they said they would send engineering to look. Hours later nothing. I called back because the climate still wasn't good. They said they would come with a fan and never did.

Amazing spacious room with nice modern feel
Amazing spacious room and I really enjoyed the sitting area next to the desk looking out at the view. Staff were very helpful during check in and luggage storage.

Comfortable, convenient stay
Not as close to Gangnam station as I expected. Actually in suburb of Seocho, but excellent access to public transport including airport bus. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Clean, comfortable rooms.
Friendly staff but was not able to help me tickets to a musical for me.
