Great value and location. Rooms are clean and somewhat modern.
My Heat/AC didn't work. I called the front desk to have it fixed and they said they would send engineering to look. Hours later nothing. I called back because the climate still wasn't good. They said they would come with a fan and never did.

The location was great, not right in the middle of Gangnam madness, but only 10 minute walk to the station
The rooms are on smaller side and the general hotel is on the older side, but the bathroom is nice and clean and toilets are new!
